Privacy policy

The website collects only the information needed to respond to messages and protect its operation. It uses no advertising, audience analytics or tracking cookies.

Last updated: 11 October 2026.

Who can you contact?

Processing is organised by the owner of Destructonia, a business project in formation. For questions about your data or to exercise your rights: Marius.Coroianu@destructonia.fr.

View the available publisher information.

Messages you send us

The form asks for your name, email address, a subject and a message. These fields identify your enquiry and allow a response; without them, the form cannot submit it. Avoid sensitive information or details unrelated to your enquiry. You can also email the address above directly.

The purpose is to handle incoming enquiries and related correspondence. Processing is based on the project’s legitimate interest in responding to people who contact it (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Data is not used for newsletters, automated prospecting, profiling or the sale of contact lists.

The website does not store messages in a database. They are sent to the project’s contact inbox. Ordinary correspondence is intended to be kept for no more than 12 months after the last exchange; the project owner is responsible for deleting it from the mailbox. Separate retention may be necessary for a legal obligation or dispute, limited to the applicable period.

Recipients and providers

Messages are intended for the project owner. OVHcloud provides the website hosting and domain email service. The form is configured to send messages over encrypted SMTP to the contact inbox. No email password is sent to the browser. The Resend integration initially prepared is not used in this deployment.

The provider acts within its hosting and email services. Information about its processing, subprocessors and safeguards is available in its data protection policy.

The website indicates when delivery has not yet been enabled or is unavailable. A confirmation means the mail server accepted the message; it does not guarantee placement in the main inbox.

Security and technical logs

Submission attempts are limited to prevent spam and abuse. An identifier derived from the IP address using a secret-key hash is held in memory for 10 minutes. A global counter with no visitor identifier also limits hourly submissions. These controls rely on the legitimate interest in securing the service.

Website access logs contain the IP address, time, method, requested path and HTTP result. They exclude message contents, passwords and URL query parameters. They rotate daily and are retained for no more than 7 days, for diagnosis and incident detection. Access is restricted to authorised administration.

Your motion preference

At your request, reduced motion is remembered only in your browser under destructonia-reduce-motion. It is not sent to the server. Change it in the footer or erase it in browser settings. Fonts are hosted on this website, with no requests to an advertising network or external font service.

Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Portability applies only where its legal conditions are met. No automated decision-making or profiling is performed here.

Write to Marius.Coroianu@destructonia.fr and explain your request. A response is normally provided within one month; any extension permitted by law will be explained. Proof of identity will be requested only where necessary to verify that the request concerns you.

You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL or your competent supervisory authority.
