Systems in development.

One ongoing project. Several connected engineering challenges.

DESTRUCTONIA — Advanced Multiplayer Systems

An ongoing engineering project exploring sophisticated multiplayer mechanics, persistent progression systems, modular Java architectures and dynamic interactive environments.

Developed means implemented and tested within the project, not a separately released product. Illustrations describe concepts; they are not live demos. Status reviewed October 2026.

Equipment Evolution Framework

Developed

The system

Persistent equipment identities connect ownership, progression, upgrades and branching abilities. An item carries its history as its behavior evolves.

Engineering challenge

Keeping progression consistent through transfers, upgrades and inventory changes, while preventing duplication and conflicting state.

Advanced Ability Systems

Developed

The system

Event-driven abilities combine activation gestures, targeting, timed effects, visual feedback and cooldowns within a shared interactive environment.

Engineering challenge

Resolving overlapping effects and protection rules while keeping expensive visual and terrain operations within a bounded server workload.

Dimensional Portal Systems

In development

The system

Portal-like effects and spatial interactions are being explored as part of the ability framework. Work focuses on their behavior, visual identity and integration.

Engineering challenge

Connecting spatial selection, safe destinations and lifecycle cleanup without presenting unfinished world-transition tooling as a completed system.

Procedural Dungeon Frameworks

Planned

The system

A planned direction for assembling structured environments from reusable rules and components. No standalone dungeon generator is presented as available.

Engineering challenge

Defining constraints for coherent layouts, reachable spaces, encounter placement and repeatable generation before implementation.

Multiplayer Economy and Progression

Developed

The system

Trading, rewards and progression connect player actions with persistent economic systems, including controlled exchanges and tiered reward tracks.

Engineering challenge

Preventing duplicated rewards and incomplete exchanges, and making progression understandable without sacrificing system consistency.

Server Performance and Infrastructure

In development

The system

Ongoing profiling and operational work covers server configuration, scheduled tasks, high-impact effects and isolated testing environments.

Engineering challenge

Identifying bottlenecks under realistic workloads, measuring improvements and keeping operational changes reversible.

Persistent Player Systems

Developed

The system

Player progression, ownership and state are retained across sessions. The work includes saving, restoration and checks around interrupted interactions.

Engineering challenge

Maintaining consistent data across disconnects, restarts and concurrent interactions, with recoverable operations and targeted tests.

A technical question. A new perspective.
